A replacement component, a development prototype or a fixture for the workshop: each starts with a different requirement. ADAM brings that requirement into the engineering discussion before a manufacturing route is chosen.
Ask ADAM to assess your design for 3D printing, whether you are checking a prototype, developing tooling or planning a selected production run.
Request a printing quoteA drawing or existing component may need further engineering before manufacture. Share what you have so we can identify the design work and missing information.
Discuss your designDescribe the fit, function or workshop task you need to evaluate. We can discuss a prototype, jig or fixture against those requirements.
Start a prototype enquiryWhen a component becomes difficult to source, ADAM can assess the scope for part development, repair studies or digital documentation to support future supply.
Discuss a componentProcess, material, tolerances and acceptance requirements are reviewed for each enquiry and confirmed in your quotation.
02 / INDUSTRIES
ADAM’s focus reflects Malaysia’s need for stronger aerospace and defence supply capability. We also welcome industrial projects that draw on the same engineering disciplines.
Development tooling, fixtures, prototypes and component enquiries, with application-specific qualification requirements.
Parts sustainment, obsolescence response and engineering support for the systems that matter.
Custom tooling, product development and complex, low-volume applications across industrial markets.

THE APPLICATION GUIDES THE ENGINEERING
The drawing describes its shape. Operating conditions, interfaces and inspection requirements explain the rest. Share both with ADAM so the manufacturing discussion starts with the full requirement.

ADAM’s technology partner
ADAM’s technology partner, Phillips Machine Tools, brings advanced manufacturing expertise to our Malaysian aerospace and defence focus.
For ADAM, the purpose of this partnership is practical: applying relevant manufacturing knowledge to local component requirements, engineering development and long-term sustainment.

Your upload opens a technical enquiry with ADAM. We use it to establish what can be quoted, what needs clarification and what must be agreed before production.
Share your design, drawing or reference image with quantity and requirements.
We assess the application and clarify material, process and critical details.
Review your quotation, scope and delivery plan before committing to production.
Your approved job proceeds against the agreed specification and acceptance criteria.
QUALITY & QUALIFICATION
ADAM plans to pursue ASTM facility certification as part of its approach to manufacturing quality and process control.
The intended pathway is ASTM’s AM Facility Certification programme, AMC-QF, based on ISO/ASTM 52920. The programme and assessment scope remain subject to confirmation.
Application-specific inspection, qualification and acceptance requirements remain part of each customer’s technical review.

Send the files.
Explain the job they need to do.
Use this form to give ADAM the design information you have and the outcome you need. You can leave the material choice open for discussion.
For dimensionally accurate quoting, a STEP file with a dimensioned PDF drawing is helpful. STL and OBJ files should include the intended units.
For aerospace or defence applications, describe any qualification, traceability and inspection requirements.
Upload only files you are authorised to share. For classified, export-controlled or otherwise restricted designs, contact ADAM to agree a suitable transfer method.

05 / ABOUT ADAM
ADAM stands for Aerospace & Defence Additive Manufacturing — a Grey Solutions initiative focused on Malaysia’s manufacturing and sustainment needs.
Grey Solutions conceived ADAM around a practical gap: access to the parts and manufacturing knowledge needed to support aerospace and defence systems in Malaysia.
That purpose shapes our approach to customer work. We consider the immediate component requirement alongside the engineering information, local skills and repeatability needed to support it over time.
Speak with our teamGOOD TO KNOW
We accept STL, STEP, STP, 3MF, OBJ, PDF, PNG and JPG files through the enquiry form. Upload up to three files, each no larger than 8 MB, with a combined limit of 15 MB. For larger files or other formats, contact us to arrange a transfer.
Quotes follow a review of your design, quantity, material and application requirements. The website collects your enquiry; it does not calculate an automatic price or accept payment.
Upload a drawing or reference image and describe your goal. We can discuss the design or reverse engineering work needed before manufacturing can be quoted.
Tell us your preferred material or grade and critical dimensions. Process suitability, material availability, tolerances, finishing and inspection requirements are confirmed for your project during technical review.
ASTM facility certification is planned, not yet awarded. ADAM’s intended pathway is AMC-QF, based on ISO/ASTM 52920, subject to confirmation of the programme and scope. Facility certification does not replace the approvals required for a specific component or its intended use.
Include all certification, traceability and approval requirements in your enquiry. A quotation or printed part does not itself establish approval for flight, safety-critical or defence use. Relevant qualification and acceptance requirements must be agreed for the application.
Submitted files are stored for review through ADAM’s protected enquiries area. They are not placed in a public gallery or exposed through public download links. Do not upload classified or restricted technical data; contact us to arrange an appropriate transfer method.
